Blue Bear Volleyball Finishes Second At Livingstone College Invitational

SALISBURY, NC -- The Livingstone volleyball team split two matches Saturday, downing Spelman College 3-0 and falling to the University of the District of Colubia 3-0 on the final day of the 2010 Livingstone College Invitational.

With the two-match split, the Blue Bears finished in second place in the tournament with District of Columbia taking the title.

In the other two matches of the day, St. Paul's College fell to District of Columbia and Spelman.

The Blue Bears will return to the court on Wednesday, September 8 at 6 p.m. when they host North Greenville.
